Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                  
BILL NO. 121 "An Act making an appropriation for deferred                      
maintenance for the University of Alaska; and providing for an                 
effective date" be returned to the Rules Committee.  Without                   
objection, it was so ordered.
